Biography
János Szolnoki was a Hungarian microbiologist whose scientific work contributed to the advancement of microbiology and scientific knowledge in Hungary. Born in 1920, he pursued his research during a formative period for Hungarian science.
Szolnoki's dedication to microbiology reflected the growing importance of scientific inquiry in twentieth-century Hungary. He passed away in 1978 and was interred at Farkasréti Cemetery, a final resting place for many of Hungary's intellectual and scientific leaders.
