Janusz Regulski (1887–1983) was a Polish citizen who lived nearly a century, witnessing the most transformative period in his nation's modern history. His long life spanned from the late nineteenth century through most of the twentieth century.

Regulski's lifetime encompassed Poland's struggle for independence, the interwar period, World War II, and the post-war era. He is remembered as a member of the generation that experienced Poland's greatest historical changes.
