Biography
Jaroslav Bouda was a Czech painter born in 1898 in Bubeneč. He developed his artistic practice during the early twentieth century, contributing to the cultural landscape of Prague during a transformative period in Czech art.
Bouda's career was tragically brief, as he died in 1919 at the age of twenty-one. Despite his short life, he left an impression on those who knew his work. He was laid to rest in Bubeneč Cemetery, where his memory endures among the artistic community of Prague.
