Biography

Jean-Baptiste Proulx was a devoted Catholic priest who served his faith and community throughout his life. Based in Saint-Lin–Laurentides, he dedicated himself to pastoral ministry and spiritual guidance during a formative period in Quebec's religious history.

Father Proulx's legacy reflects the important role clergy played in nineteenth-century Quebec society, providing moral leadership and sacramental ministry to their congregations until his death in 1904.
