Biography

Jean-François Régis Cadier (1829–1890) was a cook whose culinary skills served the Swedish community during the nineteenth century. His profession, though often overlooked in historical records, was essential to daily life and social gatherings of his era.

Cadier's work in the culinary arts reflected the gastronomic traditions and practices of nineteenth-century Sweden. He was laid to rest at Solna cemetery, where he remains part of the historical record of his time.
