Jenő Förster

Biography

Jenő Förster (1879–1919) was a respected Hungarian historian whose scholarly work contributed to the understanding and interpretation of Hungarian history. Active during the early 20th century, he engaged with the historical questions and debates of his time, bringing academic rigor to his field.

Förster's historical scholarship reflected his dedication to preserving and interpreting Hungary's past. He was laid to rest at Fiume Road Graveyard, where his memory stands among other notable Hungarian intellectuals and public figures of his generation.
