Jerzy Beniamin Flatt (1768–1860) was a Polish agronomist whose work contributed to the advancement of agricultural practices in 19th-century Poland. His expertise in agrarian matters reflected the scientific progress of his time and the importance of agricultural development to Polish society.

Flatt's long life spanned from the late 18th century through the mid-19th century, allowing him to influence agricultural thought across several generations. He was laid to rest at the Evangelical Cemetery of the Augsburg Confession in Warsaw, a final resting place befitting his professional standing.
