Biography
Jiří Chmelař was a Czech resident who lived from 1927 to 2005. He spent his life in the Prague area and was laid to rest in the Cemetery in Šárka, a peaceful final resting place in the northern part of the city.
Though details of his personal life remain modest in the historical record, Chmelař's presence in the community and his long life spanning much of the 20th century reflect the experiences of many who lived through significant periods of Czech history.
