Biography

Jiří Tvrdoň (1929–1954) was an aircraft pilot whose career represented the aspirations of post-war Czechoslovak aviation. His life was cut short at the age of twenty-five, during the early years of the Cold War era.

Tvrdoň's service as a pilot reflected the technical advancement and modernization efforts of his nation. He was laid to rest in the Cemetery in Míkovice, remembered for his dedication to his profession and his untimely passing.
