Jocko Milligan

Biography

Jocko Milligan carried the spirit of the late nineteenth century into the early 1920s, now laid to rest at Mount Moriah Cemetery. As one of the many individuals whose efforts sustained their communities, his life is honored through remembrance and reflection.

The dignified tranquility of his memorial site remembers a person who offered steadfast companionship to those around him.
