Johannes Lohs

Biography

Johannes Lohs answered the call of duty as a submariner during a time of great uncertainty, leading his crew with quiet courage and a steadfast sense of responsibility. His service typified the resolve of sailors who faced unimaginable challenges beneath the waves.

Though his life was cut short, Johannes’ bravery and dedication remain honored at the Ysselsteyn German war cemetery, where he rests among comrades who shared his commitment to duty.
