Johannes Selliov
1909–1991 (age 82)
Biography
Johannes Selliov spent decades guiding students through the wonders of learning, teaching with warmth and a genuine interest in each mind he encountered. His classroom was a place of questions, laughter, and trust, where young people were encouraged to explore both facts and ideals.
His influence reached beyond the desks and hallways; Johannes believed that education was a form of service, one that could forge citizens who cared deeply about their community and history. Those he taught remember him as a guiding presence whose kindness lingered long after lessons ended, and he rests now at Pauluse Cemetery among those he inspired.
