John Allyn

John Allyn was born in 1767 and came of age during the American Revolution. He lived through the founding of the nation and its early development, passing away in 1833 after a lifetime of witnessing historical change.

Buried at Mayflower Cemetery, John Allyn's long life connected the colonial period to the mature republic of the nineteenth century.
