John C. Haynes

Biography

John C. Haynes (1829–1907) was known among his acquaintances for a careful mind and an abiding loyalty to the institutions that formed Boston's character during the second half of the nineteenth century.

His presence is now remembered at Forest Hills Cemetery, where quiet paths mark the resting place of a man whose perseverance gave stability to those around him.
