John Creswell

Biography

John Creswell, born in 1828, lived through times of great national upheaval yet remained committed to the bonds of family and community. Although much of his story is preserved only in memory, his presence was a source of comfort and steadiness to those close to him.

He was laid to rest at Elkton Presbyterian Cemetery in 1891, where descendants honor the quiet legacy he left behind.
