Biography

John Hamilton Morgan brought energy and education to the Rocky Mountain West as a teacher, general authority, and founder of schools that prepared young men and women for business and civic life.

He combined gospel conviction with a love of learning, guiding new institutions in Salt Lake City and beyond, and rests among the pioneers in its cemetery.
