John Leisenring

Biography

John Leisenring, born in 1853, lived with purpose and treated all whom he encountered with respect. He took pride in contributing positively to his community, always ready to lend a hand or offer encouragement.

His death in 1901 saddened many who admired his calm strength and thoughtful care. He rests in Mauch Chunk Cemetery, where his memory continues to inspire modest service and friendship.
