Biography

John McKee was born in 1771 and lived through the Revolutionary era and the establishment of the American nation. His sixty-one years of life encompassed a period of tremendous change and development in the young United States.

He was interred in Bethsalem Cemetery, where he remains part of the historical record of his community. His burial place reflects the connections he maintained to his local area throughout his lifetime.
