Biography
John T. Ford became one of Baltimore's foremost theater managers, building a network of playhouses, including the famed Ford's Theatre in Washington, and nurturing performers who brought drama to a growing city.
Though his name was briefly overshadowed by national tragedy, he returned to Baltimore to uphold the arts, shaping stages and audiences until his passing and burial at Loudon Park Cemetery.
