Biography
Josef Bouček was born in 1887 and died in 1960, living through one of the most turbulent centuries in European history. His life witnessed the transformation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire into the modern Czechoslovak state and beyond.
A resident of the Vysoké Popovice area, Bouček was part of the local community throughout his long life. He was interred in the Cemetery in Vysoké Popovice, where he remains remembered by those who knew him and his descendants.
