Biography
Josef Červinka was a merchant who conducted business in Brno during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. As a merchant, he participated in the commercial life of Moravia during a period of economic development and modernization.
Červinka's career in commerce reflected the growing merchant class of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. He lived from 1854 to 1924 and was laid to rest in Cemetery in Brno-Královo Pole, a final resting place in the city where he conducted his business and built his life.
