Biography
Josef Cipr (1881–1956) was a Czech writer who contributed to the literary and cultural development of Czechoslovakia during the early-to-mid twentieth century. His creative work reflected the intellectual currents of his time.
Cipr was interred in Brno Central Cemetery following his death in 1956. His contributions to Czech literature remain part of the nation's cultural heritage.
