Josef Fišer

Biography

Josef Fišer (1892–1978) served his country as a dedicated civil servant, contributing to the administrative infrastructure of the Czechoslovak state throughout much of the 20th century. His career reflected a commitment to public service and governance.

Fišer's long life witnessed the dramatic transformations of Central European history, and he remained active in his professional duties for many decades. He was laid to rest in Vinohrady Cemetery in 1978, remembered for his years of faithful service.
