Biography
Josef Killer was born in 1893 and witnessed the transformation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire into the modern Czechoslovak state. His life spanned the formative decades of twentieth-century Czech history, from imperial times through the interwar republic and beyond.
Killer passed away in 1951 and was interred in Břevnov Cemetery in Prague, where he rests in one of the city's most historically significant burial grounds, associated with the ancient Benedictine monastery.
