Biography

Josef Mikulenka was born in 1893 and lived through a period of significant transformation in Central Europe. His life witnessed the decline of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the emergence and development of the independent Czechoslovak state.

Mikulenka's existence extended over eighty-one years, allowing him to experience the profound changes that reshaped his homeland throughout much of the twentieth century. He passed away in 1974 and was laid to rest in Brno Central Cemetery, where his legacy continues to be remembered.
