Biography

Josef Nowak practiced medicine with an unwavering sense of duty, tending to the bodily and spiritual needs of his patients around Prague. He believed that every consultation deserved patience and a listening ear.

He also advocated for improved sanitation and basic medical education, working with colleagues to bring better care to vulnerable neighborhoods. His good deeds are remembered by those who honor him at Vyšehrad cemetery.
