Joseph-Antoine Floury (1834–1894) was a nineteenth-century French figure whose life was marked by the dynamic social and economic changes of his era. He lived during a period of industrialization and modernization that transformed French society and culture.

Floury's standing in his community was reflected in his burial at Père Lachaise Cemetery, one of Paris's most distinguished final resting places, where he was interred among other notable figures of his time.
