Biography

Joseph F. Ware, Jr. (1969–2012) devoted his career to engineering education, helping students bridge theory and practice while emphasizing responsibility, collaboration, and the human dimension of every project. He nurtured curiosity through thoughtful lectures and hands-on lab work.

He mentored students across disciplines, served as a trusted advisor, and is remembered at Westview Cemetery by the many young engineers who carry forward the lessons he shared.
