Joseph Marx

Biography

Joseph Marx was a merchant whose business activities contributed to the commercial networks of his community during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. His work reflected the entrepreneurial spirit of the era.

As a respected member of the Hebrew community, Marx maintained important family and business connections throughout his life. He was interred in Hebrew Cemetery, where his memory is preserved among those of his faith and family.
