Joseph Otis

Biography

Joseph Otis was born in 1792 and lived for fifty-two years during the early nineteenth century. His life was part of the generation that grew up in the newly independent United States and witnessed its expansion and development.

He was laid to rest at Baptist Cemetery, where his memory is preserved as part of his community's spiritual and historical record.
