Joseph S. Labill

Biography

Joseph S. Labill was born in France in 1837 and carried with him a proud heritage that guided his steady presence in the community he chose as home.

He spent his later years near South Hill Cemetery, where family and friends now find solace at his resting place after his passing in 1911.
