Joshua Green

Biography

Joshua Green was born in 1764 and bore witness to the republic’s earliest trials, showing through his steady work that commitment to family and neighbors could steady the course of a young community even when the particulars of his vocation are unknown.

His resting place in Wendell Center Cemetery remains a witness to the fruitful decades he shared with others who sought to make the valley thrive.
