Józef Kofman

Biography

Józef Kofman (1908–1995) was a respected member of the Polish Jewish community whose life spanned much of the twentieth century. He witnessed and navigated significant historical periods in Polish and Jewish history.

Kofman's memory is preserved as part of the rich history of Polish Jewry. He was laid to rest at Okopowa Street Jewish Cemetery in Warsaw, a significant site of Jewish heritage and remembrance.
