Juan Belmonte was a legendary Spanish bullfighter born in 1892 who revolutionized the art of bullfighting with his innovative techniques and fearless performances. His career spanned decades and made him one of the most celebrated matadors in Spanish history, captivating audiences throughout Spain and beyond.

Belmonte's influence on bullfighting extended far beyond his performances, as he fundamentally changed the way the sport was practiced and appreciated. He passed away in 1962 at the age of 70 and was laid to rest in the Cemetery of San Fernando, where he remains honored as one of Spain's greatest bullfighters.
