Biography

Julian Prejs (1820–1904) was a Polish writer whose literary contributions enriched Polish cultural life during the 19th century. His long life allowed him to witness and participate in the literary movements and intellectual currents of his era.

Prejs was buried in Cmentarz Starofarny Bydgoszcz, a cemetery that served as the final resting place for many distinguished citizens of Bydgoszcz. His interment there reflects his recognition as an important figure in Polish letters and his contributions to the nation's literary heritage.
