Biography
Karel Bacílek, born in 1920, joined the resistance with determined spirit, quietly supporting efforts to protect his community during the darkest years of occupation.
After the war he continued to cherish the ideals for which he fought until his death in 1949, and his grave at Ďáblice cemetery remains a tranquil witness to his bravery.
