Biography
Karel Rabiňák was born in 1877 and witnessed the final decades of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. His life spanned a period of significant cultural and national development in the Czech lands, a time of growing consciousness and change.
He died in 1918, at the conclusion of World War I, and was laid to rest in Olšany Cemetery, where he remains among those who lived through the empire's transformation.
