Biography
Karol Pflugbeil was a civil engineer who contributed to the infrastructure and development of Poland during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. His technical expertise and professional work reflected the growing importance of engineering in modernizing Central European society.
Pflugbeil's career spanned a period of significant change, from the Enlightenment through the Napoleonic era. As a member of the Protestant community, he was buried in the Evangelical Cemetery of the Augsburg Confession in Warsaw, reflecting his religious affiliation and his place within Warsaw's diverse society.
