Biography
Kazimierz Becker was a Polish citizen whose life extended into the post-war period. Born in 1895, he lived through the restoration of Polish independence, the interwar years, and the Second World War.
Becker's life concluded in 1949, in the early years of Poland's communist era. He was laid to rest at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Poznań, a significant burial ground in Poland's intellectual and cultural center.
