Biography

Kazimierz Iranek-Osmecki (1897–1984) served Poland through two world wars as a dedicated military officer, participating in intelligence and liaison work that helped sustain hope during the nation’s darkest hours. His efforts in exile kept the stories of that struggle alive for fellow countrymen.

He spent his later years in Britain, where he continued to support the Polish community and now lies at rest at South Ealing Cemetery alongside so many compatriots who shared the same resolve.
