Biography
Ken Miles brought a mechanic's eye and a racer's courage from his English roots to the American sports car scene, helping to tame high-performance machines and guiding Shelby American to class wins with a blend of engineering insight and calm determination.
His fearless commitment to precision driving helped make the Ford GT40 a legend, and even in the face of the tragedy that took his life in 1966, he is remembered for the mark he left on endurance racing, resting now at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
