Klaas Dijkstra was a skilled Dutch coppersmith whose craftsmanship contributed to the industrial and decorative traditions of the Netherlands. Born in 1895, Dijkstra practiced his trade with dedication, creating works that reflected both practical utility and artistic merit.

As a coppersmith, Dijkstra represented a valued tradition of metalworking that sustained Dutch craftsmanship through the 20th century. He remained active in his profession throughout his life, passing away in 1969. He was interred in Noorderbegraafplaats, honoring his years of skilled labor and contribution to Dutch artisanal heritage.
