Klara Jelska lived through eight decades of Polish history, witnessing profound transformations in her nation and Europe. Her long life spanned from the late nineteenth century through the mid-twentieth century, encompassing periods of significant historical change and cultural development.

Her memory is preserved at Pęksowy Brzyzek National Cemetery in Zakopane, a cemetery that honors individuals connected to Poland's cultural and natural heritage in the Tatra region.
