Biography

Konstantin Ivanovitsj Korabljov was born in 1903 in Moscow Oblast and lived through the Russian Revolution and the subsequent decades of Soviet development. He served his country during the Second World War and gave his life in 1941.

His sacrifice represents the tremendous human cost of the war and the determination of the Soviet people to resist invasion.
