Biography

Konstantin Poltoratsky (1782–1858) was a distinguished military officer who served Russia during a transformative period of the early 19th century. His military career reflected the dedication and discipline characteristic of his generation of officers.

Poltoratsky's final years were spent in reflection, and he was ultimately interred at the Coastal Monastery of St. Sergius, a place of spiritual significance. His burial there honors both his military service and his faith.
