Konstantin Rakutin served as military personnel during World War II, dedicating himself to the defense of the Soviet Union during the nation's greatest trial. His service reflected the commitment of millions who answered the call to protect their homeland.
Rakutin made the ultimate sacrifice in 1941, during the critical early stages of the war, and was laid to rest in Istrinsky District, a memorial to his service and dedication.
