Lady Louisa Legge

Biography

Lady Louisa Legge (1787–1816) was a woman of gentle birth whose life was cut short in her youth. She lived during the Regency period, a time of cultural refinement and social change in British society.

Lady Louisa was laid to rest at the Church of St Leonard in Blithfield, Staffordshire, where her memory is honored among the graves of her family and community. Though her years were few, her place in the social fabric of her time remains a part of the historical record.
