Biography

Lajos Ács (1922–1968) emerged as a voice for renewal in postwar Hungary, serving in political roles that sought to rebuild infrastructure and restore trust in civic institutions.

He held fast to principles of dialogue and social solidarity, leaving a steadying influence on Óbuda as he was laid to rest in Óbuda Cemetery.
