László Cholnoky, born in 1899, served as a pharmacist in Pécs, guiding neighbors through medical decisions and ensuring that every prescription met the highest standards. He treated the counter as a place for calm counsel, combining scientific knowledge with patience and kindness.
His community relied on him not only for remedies but for reassurance, as he often stayed to listen and explain when questions arose. Laid to rest in the public cemetery of Pécs, he is remembered for embodying the trust we place in compassionate caregivers.
