Biography

Launcelot Fleming pursued geology with a spirit of exploration, surveying remote terrains and weaving field observations into lectures that inspired both students and fellow researchers.

Called to ministry, he served as Bishop of Carlisle and later Norwich, guiding his dioceses with a conviction that science and faith could speak to one another and promoting a stewardship of creation.
